What sets ControlPoint Monitor apart?
ControlPoint Monitor is a managed network monitoring solution for MSP's. There is no licensing required and ControlPoint Monitor has been customized to simplify installation and deployment, making it a completely turn-key package. In addition, ControlPoint Monitor comes with 24 hour technical support services to ensure the best experience possible.

Because ControlPoint Monitor is built on enterprise technology, it offers all of the reliability, scalability and power of an Enterprise monitoring solution. ControlPoint Monitor provides 24x7x365 monitoring and alerting for your client's core infrastructure systems, and continuously collects current status information from the IT network to determine the availability and utilization of devices, then alerts your IT team of issues.

ControlPoint Monitor was designed specifically for MSP's who have the responsibility of monitoring multiple customer networks. Service providers need a reliable network monitoring platform that is easy to install, easy to deploy and is free of licensing hassles. ControlPoint Monitor is distributed only to partners, as we do not provide service or support to the end-user. To become a ControlPoint Monitor partner, you must be an MSP (or CSP) using the Connectwise PSA Platform. For MSP's using AutoTask or TigerPaw, we are currently working on integration for these PSA platforms as well.

ControlPoint Monitor can run on all Windows versions XP or later (both 32 bit and 64 bit) and offers a full featured, AJAX based web browser interface for viewing monitoring data, plus entire configuration and management of your installation.

Streamlined for efficient deployment
ControlPoint Monitor includes hundreds of customized SNMP sensors for monitoring critical system attributes. OID's have been organized into model and series specific device templates to cover a wide array of disparate model numbers, firmware versions and vendors. This significantly reduces time required to get basic device monitoring up and running.

In addition, ControlPoint Monitor includes custom integration to ConnectWise that allows tickets to be created and automatically associated with a particular customer ID and various levels of priority.
